When can I expect my order to be ready?
Your order will be processed and handed to the delivery company within 2 working days since the receivement of the payment. Every order containing products to be manufactured (jerseys, personalized products etc.) are processed immediately.

When can I pick up my order?
When your order is ready in our Fanshop, you will receive an email with the invitation for pick up. Please, wait for this email before showing up at our store. The stock products should be ready within 2 working days. About the products with the manufacturing time you will receive an email as soon as we get your order in our Fanshop.
You can pick up your order any time during our opening hours.

When will I receive my order?
You will receive an e-mail with the expedition informations and tracking number as soon as we hand in your order to the delivery company. You can track your order on-line using one of the links below. Delivery time is usualy 2 - 3 days for all deliveries within Slovak Republic, outside our borders it can be between 5 - 10 days or more.
